I need my castle for specific time, will you be able to accommodate?

Yes of course, if you need your castle for a certain time please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate your requirements?

What happens if it rains, will I still get my castle?

Yes, all of our castles have a rain cover. The only time we will cancel is if there is torrential rain, thunderstorms or high wind forecasted.

Can I keep my Castle overnight?

Yes, however we can only allow castles to stay over night if they are in a private garden and on grass.

Are you fully insured?

Absolutely, all of our castles are fully insured for both indoor and outdoor use!

Do I need to set the castle up myself?

No, our staff will set the castle up and anchor it safely.
